Cornerstone Christian Academy students begin learning the principles of multiplication in the early elementary grades. As they explore the patterns of repeated addition, they quickly grasp the impact that resources grouped together over and over again have as the number in the group – and number of groups – increase.
We are already witnessing the impact of multiplicative principles in action as the Cornerstone community responds to the call to participate in the BOLD VISION, BIG GOD capital funding efforts. The first donor response came shortly after chapel on the day following the Founder’s Convocation when our 4th graders prayerfully considered how they might participate and then challenged other classes to join in the prayer and giving efforts. It truly blessed and encouraged us to see our students be the first to step up!
Since then, momentum has continued to build, and God is multiplying the gifts. Some lead donors have made significant commitments and have issued a challenge to our stakeholders that their gifts might be multiplied even further. The first million raised will be matched by these lead donors, multiplying the funds to $2,000,000!
