Pre-Construction Begins!
After much prayerful consideration, the board of trustees has determined that it is time to take the next steps toward making this concept a reality. We have entered into a pre-construction agreement with a construction management firm who will walk us through the design development phase. This process will involve collaboration among stakeholders, architects, and civil engineers to develop detailed drawings that will eventually guide the construction process.
We have been advised that the design phase typically takes 6-8 months. When that stage is complete, we hope to be financially positioned to move directly into the construction phase. Our initial goal of $10,000,000 is still several million dollars away. There is much ground to take to keep this project moving forward. This is a milestone moment in the history of Cornerstone Christian Academy. It is a moment that is stretching and growing our faith as we trust Him for what is yet unseen. We remain confident that this vision has been directed by God, and we are encouraged by the people and resources He is placing in our path to bring life to this dream. We fully believe that a God-given vision never lack’s His provision.
